Refund Policy


Not happy with your purchase? Please let our customer support team know. We are more than happy to try and sort out any issues you may have.  

Order Modifications or Cancellation

Though Bubbazoo itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our customer support team or email us at at the earliest time possible (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order Number to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount. After an order has been processed we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation or change of an order. An order that has shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Items may be returned with respect to our return policy, but shipping costs will not be refunded.


Damaged/ Incorrect Order

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens.  If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.

Please Note: To request a credit or replacement for an item, all claims must be made within 5 days of receipt (according to the tracking information provided).


 Orders Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 60 days (90 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact our support team and we will promptly take care of you.  As mentioned in our shipping page,  we ship directly from our partners in countries around the world, please allow between 15-60 days for your order to arrive.

 Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations on custom-made, made-to-order items which include (but are not limited to) apparel, hats, shoes, mugs, tote bags, and custom home goods, 24 hours after your order was placed.



Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused (not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in the same packaging that it was received in. If you do not have the original packaging or the item is altered in any way, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned merchandise.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of these products as we see fit (e.g., donate).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to 2525 H St. Merced California US 95340. Please include your name, order number, and the style number(s) of the item(s) you would like to exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the merchant, artisan, or manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 2525 H St. Merced California US 95340. Please provide your name and order number with the item you are returning.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
